Kaze Cue Warranty Policy

Kaze Cue pool cues are known for their quality and durability, backed by a clear warranty policy designed to protect customers’ rights against manufacturing defects. This policy is established to ensure players have the best possible experience right from the moment they own the product.

Warranty Duration

The standard warranty period for Kaze Cue pool cues is 6 months from the date of purchase.

Covered Defects

The 6-month Kaze Cue warranty focuses on technical defects arising from the manufacturing process, not from external impact or improper use. The covered cases include:

  • Wood Cracks: Cracks in the wood resulting from defects in material or the production process.
  • Loose Joints/Threads: Defects in the joint threads connecting the butt and the shaft.
  • Broken Thread Wraps: Defects in the wrap stitching due to technical errors, not caused by external impact or strong friction.

Replacement/Repair Procedure

Kaze Cue’s warranty policy is divided into two distinct phases:

  1. 1-to-1 Replacement within the First 3 Days
Within 3 days of receiving the product, if the cue exhibits any defect covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (such as wood cracks, loose joints, broken wraps due to technical faults), the customer will receive a brand new replacement.
  2. Repair Support
After the initial 3-day period, covered defects will be supported with repair services to ensure the cue remains functional.

Defects NOT Covered by Warranty

The warranty policy does NOT apply to defects arising from the process of use, storage, or natural wear and tear:

  • Warpage: The butt or shaft warping due to the effects of weather (temperature, humidity) or improper storage (e.g., leaving the cue in excessively hot, humid places, or leaning it incorrectly).
  • Naturally Wear and Tear: Common signs of deterioration during use, such as:
    • Fraying of wrap thread.
    • Peeling/bubbling of leather (leather grip).
    • Peeling paint, scratches on surface due to impact or friction.
Important Note:

To ensure warranty eligibility, players should pay attention to the proper storage and maintenance of the pool cue, avoiding direct exposure to high temperatures or high humidity, and minimizing unnecessary strong impacts.
